Typical farmhouse set on two levels with dependance, surrounded by the green countryside of Pisa, recently renovated and furnished with great care and taste. The property is located in such a position as to allow easy access to the main other centers of the region such as, Lucca, Pisa, Siena and Florence. With ease you can also reach the beaches of nearby Versilia and the Pisa and Livorno coast. The house is surrounded by a beautiful enclosed park of 30.000sqm. equipped with swimming pool for the exclusive use of guests (12m x 6m depth 1.50 / 2.70m). The property also has two beautiful lodges for outdoor lunches and dinners equipped with barbecue. Free Wi-Fi Internet. Children's games (swing). Private parking in the property. The guardian resides in a portion of the main building, is very discreet and present only for the needs of the customer; Upon request, it will be happy to prepare a typical Tuscan dinner based on meat and local specialties.
