The property advertised by us consists of the villa (for six people) and the depandance (for two people) and is located in the Pisan countryside in a favorable position that allows you to reach the main centers of Tuscany. Country house "Villa San Gervasio", 26 m a.s.l., renovated in 2017. 2 houses in the residence. 6.7 km from the centre of Pontedera, 32 km from the centre of Pisa, 57 km from the centre of Firenze, in a secluded, quiet, sunny position, in the countryside. Private: park 30'000 m2 (fenced), swimming pool (12 x 6 m, depth 150 - 270 cm, seasonal availability: 04.May. - 28.Sep.). Outdoor shower, garden furniture, barbecue, children's playground (swing). In the house: central heating system, heating to be paid on the spot, heating available only from 01.Nov. - 04.Apr.. Cook on request (extra). Motor access to the house (150 m via unmade road). Parking on the premises. Der Vermieter Gianluca ist super nett und stand uns während unseres Aufenthaltes immer zur Verfügung. Er wohnt in der anderen Haushälfte und ist sehr diskret. Er hat uns ein großartiges toskanisches BBQ zubereitet, sehr zu empfehlen, es war super lecker! In der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Der Pool ist super. Wir hatten eine schöne Ferienwoche dort und können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen. Auch für Ausflüge(Lucca, Volterra, etc.) ist die Lage super. Vielen Dank an G.

Wij hebben een fijne familie vakantie gehad ! Iedereen had genoeg plaats om zich een en wij hebben binnen en buiten gegeten en gebruik gemaakt van de grill. Er was een mooie zwembad met liegstoelen ( niet verwarmd ). Er zijn meerdere trappen dus is niet geschikt voor mensen die moeilijk ter been zijn. Op een paar plekken kan wat onderhoud gedaan worden en misschien wat meer licht op het een paar plekken in het zeer groot terrein.
