The property advertised by us consists of the villa (for six people) and the depandance (for two people) and is located in the Pisan countryside in a favorable position that allows you to reach the main centers of Tuscany. Country house "Villa San Gervasio", 26 m a.s.l., renovated in 2017. 2 houses in the residence. 6.7 km from the centre of Pontedera, 32 km from the centre of Pisa, 57 km from the centre of Firenze, in a secluded, quiet, sunny position, in the countryside. Private: park 30'000 m2 (fenced), swimming pool (12 x 6 m, depth 150 - 270 cm, seasonal availability: 04.May. - 28.Sep.). Outdoor shower, garden furniture, barbecue, children's playground (swing). In the house: central heating system, heating to be paid on the spot, heating available only from 01.Nov. - 04.Apr.. Cook on request (extra). Motor access to the house (150 m via unmade road).
