Well-kept villa, 2018 pool and 2021 bathroom and outdoor area completely renovated, large parking space on fenced property with 660 sqm, private pool 8 x 4 m, stair entrance, deepest point 2 m. Outdoor shower w/c. Spacious living and separate dining area (SAT TV), 3 bedrooms with double beds, 1 shower room/toilet and 1 bathtub/toilet/bidet on the ground floor, additional separate bedroom with double bed, shower room/toilet, terrace and wonderful panoramic view on the 1st floor via external stairs reachable. All plastic windows with fly screens and roller shutters.
Infrared heating completely on the ground floor, fireplace with pellets available, fitted kitchen, electric stove with ceramic hob, fridge and freezer, coffee machine, microwave and exit to the pool, terrace with 6 loungers, seating area and grill, washing machine, tumble dryer in the outdoor area. The villa is just a few minutes' walk from the kilometer-long fine-grained sandy beach between Oliva and Denia with a beautiful marina and is approx. 100 km from Valencia and Alicante. Many shops, bars, restaurants, 2 golf courses, tennis courts, several weekly markets in the immediate vicinity.
