Privately owned and rented with a personal touch. Property is handled by the owner, a licensed property manager.
Expansive beach with pool, lazy river, hot tub & fitness center. Fully equipped kitchen for all cooking desires.
We will provide all guests with a start up of paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, laundry supplies, toiletries (shampoo & soap) & dish soap.
We guarantee the property's cleanliness upon your arrival.
All linens are included in your cleaning fee. (24 bath towels, 12 wash cloths, 2 hand towels per bathroom, 1 bath mat per bath, 2 wash cloths, 1 sheet set per bed.)
Property host will be available by phone 24/7 for any questions, concerns, etc.
- POLICIES --
- No smoking (there will be a mandatory room refreshment fee of $500 in addition to the cleaning fee)
- No pets allowed
- No motorcycles, golf carts, or trailers
- No events, parties or large gatherings
- Must be at least 21 years old to book

The host was easy to contact and quick to respond. The space was perfect for 10 people and supplies in the kitchen were adequate for all of our needs. We requested more towels and got them promptly. Some items were broken such as cords for lights/fans in the bedrooms. But overall, the place was set up well. The shared spaces such as pools and workout facility where not as expected. The workout facility has minimal equipment, no weights. The pools were clean but extremely small given how large the complexes are and how many people are included. The lazy river was broken the first two days and only supplies a handful of tubes. Beach chair and umbrella rentals are available at the complex which made beach days much easier.

The condo itself was well equipped with everything needed for the beach.The biggest issue we had was the access to the beach. There’s no ramp. It wasn’t as easy before or after the pool closed. You had to walk around the building which we weren’t fans of but it wasn’t a dealbreaker for us. The view was phenomenal. Also if you have gamers, I would buy a mobile hot spot because the building wifi was not good.

We enjoyed our stay clean and nice condo. Had a couple of issues but nothing major to where we wouldn’t come back.
