This was a great property. Great location. Plenty of space! There were a few minor details that need to be tended to, but nothing that made for a bad stay. Overall we were very pleased with the property. Would recommend to a large group or family wanting to stay together.

A family showed up to make beds after we unloaded our stuff. Walked in without introducing themselves. Him and his kids with no shirt, no shoes. They all smelled of marijuana...Master bed was two hard singles pushed together. Very uncomfortable and kept separating. Kitchen was stocked at the bare minimum. Could have used more pots/pans and storage containers. A big cutting board would have been nice. Ice cube maker produced 10 cubes a night, had to buy ice every day. House wasn't dirty, but could have been cleaned a little better. Under the couches and tables were dirty. Chairs on the patio were unusable. On the good side.. house was very spacious with plenty of room to move around. The location and ease to the beach were awesome. We wish we would have gotten the side facing the ocean. Pool was VERY small. The grandkids loved it, but only room for the two of them. There were absolutely no extras. Don't expect pool, beach, games, etc. We would stay again, but would prepare differently.
