Ocean Sand Beach Villa 7 Bedroom Townhome Sleeps 20

This house was great for our 12 person golf trip

The villa had all the room we needed (8 adults, 6 golfers). In general, the villa was clean, but showing its age. Shortly after we arrived a maintenance man came to check a complaint about the dish washer. It could not be repaired, so was disconnected at the fuse box. The door was difficult to lock from the outside. The door had to be pulled tight against the frame in order for the lock bolt to reach the receiver. We did not use the laundry, but the machines looked fairly new. We were able to reach and maintain comfortable temperatures on the first and second floors, but could not regulate the temperature on the 3rd floor. Fortunately the outside temperature at night was such that opening doors and windows helped cool the sleeping space. The pool was smaller than we expected, but with a boardwalk to the beach right across the street, we didn’t use the pool.

We had 10 guys stay for a week while playing golf. Everything was fine and worked. It was a little dated but perfect for what we needed.

I would definitely put up blinds or curtains on all windows. Mattress in 2nd floor King Room should definitely be replaced. The size and space was perfect for our family. Love the dining table area and the extra space for serving food. The property is not handicapped accessible however we did manage to make it work for 1st floor for one of our guests. Loved the extra refrigerator. Overall it worked for our family and was cost effective.
