The house is fairly new and has a wonderful location and great beach access as it is just across the street from the beach. It also has a pool that is unheated that we did not use but am sure it would be great in the summer with kids and family.
We were 4 not so young couples who came to Myrtle Beach to golf and enjoy the location for an 7 night visit. Our host was somewhat communicative but took a bit to respond to questions. The house was poorly stocked as it was a 4 bedroom 4 bath house that we rented For 7 nights for 4 couples nd we all flew in from AZ. Only one kitchen towel, one cut 1/4 size sponge, 2 dishwasher pods, 2 garbage bags, 3 oz of dish soap, no hand soap in anywhere, toilet paper on roll as well as paper towel on the roll. The silverware, Corelle dishes and glasses were plentiful but we had to buy aluminum foil 8”x12” pans to cook several dishes as well as a lot of supply goods plus spices like salt and pepper etc.I have rented a lot of VRBO’s and this was the most sparsely equipped place I have ever rented. If someone is driving there with all of their supplies it is probably just fine. The house and location are wonderful if you want great access to the ocean and a great beach
