About this house rental
Formerly the workshop of the Cortona hamlet of Fratticciola. It consists of a double bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. Access from the street or from the inner courtyard. Recent restructuring, respecting the tradition and materials of the Valdichiana.
With terracotta ceilings with chestnut beams, Tuscan terracotta floors, antique doors with bolts and old locks, the house has been reborn without losing its essence.
We live a few or play at our bell and we will be happy to help you!

The structure is not far from the most beautiful Tuscan and Umbrian cities of art such as Florence, Siena, Arezzo, Pienza, Montepulciano, Montalcino, Lake Trasimeno, Perugia, Assisi, Gubbio, Orvieto, Spoleto.
