Villa Cà Di Negrè is a splendid stone villa, located in a hilly and panoramic position in the Montignoso countryside, a few km from Versilia coast and its famous seaside resorts.
Surrounded by a large fenced garden (2000 m2) with vineyards and several plants, the property boasts two lovely terraces on the first floor, one uncovered and one covered (with wicker seats), from which you can enjoy a fantastic view of Forte dei Marmi and the sea.
Lastly, at guests\' disposal, a private parking for 4 cars, and a covered patio with barbecue, ideal for preparing tasty grills with friends.
