Disclaimer: Starting 4/13 the outdoor pool will be closed for construction. The indoor pool and hot tubs remain open. The splash pad will be closed starting Friday, April 24th for resurfacing. Projected completion date is 5/22/26.
Phoenix 5 Unit #807....This beautifully decorated 1BR/1BA beachfront condo has beautiful views of the Gulf from the balcony and is perfect for a romantic get-away or for a small family vacation. And you'll love the balcony that is equipped with a patio table, 4 chairs, and a chaise lounge chair. This is the perfect spot to sip your morning coffee or to enjoy a glass of wine at sunset while taking in the beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico!
There is plenty of seating in the spacious living room. And there is a queen sofa sleeper for the kiddos! Linens are provided for you upon arrival.
If you plan to cook while you're visiting, the kitchen is stocked with everything you'll need. And the stainless appliances are new! If you don't plan to cook, there are numerous local restaurants serving delicious fresh seafood from the gulf!
A king size bed and a flat screen television await you in the master bedroom (linens are provided) and we have a new walk-in shower in the bathroom! A full sized washer and dryer are also in the condo for your use.

Booking & checkin was smooth - AC wasn't working when arrived at 8pm - thought maybe it had just been turned down so did not report till morning. View was great! Had everything we needed including coffee filters which I forgot to purchase. Wal-Mart just down the street as well as good restaurants. AC was fixed @ 2 and started cooling but sounded like a tornado in the bedroom when on. No extra blankets for the couch. I would recommend mounting the tv in living area on the wall as well as mounting the one in bedroom - bedroom tv at a weird angle for watching in bed. Overall - stay was enjoyable and price was reasonable. Pool, hottub and beach were good. Not enough elevators, expecially on Sunday - checking out.
