About this cottage rental
Between land and sea, and in the charm of a Charente construction renovated in the respect of tradition, we offer you our 65m2 cottage fully furnished for your comfort. Our independent cottage adjoining the owners' house is designed for 4 people. It will allow you to spend a pleasant stay with family or friends. You can enjoy the garden with its shared swimming pool (8X4) and heated from May to October.
The accommodation
It consists of:
- On the first floor: an air-conditioned living/dining room with 2 sofas, a 55-inch 4K Smart TV (possibility of Netflix, Disney+, YouTube, VOD... etc.), a fully equipped kitchen (oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher...) a bathroom and separate toilet as well as a washing machine.
- Upstairs: 1 bedroom with 1 bed of 160 and 1 bedroom with 2 beds of 80. The bedrooms have air conditioning.
The cottage has a private terrace equipped with garden furniture, an electric plancha and private parking.
A free high-speed WIFI connection is available.
The 8m x 4m swimming pool, heated from May to October, is accessible from 10am to 8pm and will delight young and old alike.
Access to it is under your own responsibility.
For your well-being, an on-site massage service is offered by our masseuse, upon reservation
