About this house rental

This comfortable new house is located in Pont l'Abbé d'Arnoult, in the center of all the tourist sites of Charente-Maritime, less than 20 minutes from Rochefort or Saintes, 1/2 hour from Royan or Oléron. In this pretty, authentic village, you will find all amenities, within walking distance (2 supermarkets, 3 restaurants, bakeries, butcher, pharmacy...). And for entertainment, cinema, swimming pool, weekly market, monthly fair...
ALL THE COMFORTS FOR AN UNFORGETTABLE HOLIDAY: this new house is perfectly equipped, including air conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine, induction hob, microwave, fridge-freezer and all small appliances... In the bathroom, you will have a double sink unit and a 140x90 shower, separate toilet. In addition, 2 bedrooms with double bed 140x190 with large dressing cupboard and 1 children's bedroom with 2 beds of 90x190 with books, games and toys, the beds will be made on your arrival and towels provided. In the living room, a comfortable sofa and 2 armchairs, 1 125cm TV, all the classics in DVD and the matching player, Box with wifi throughout the house. A fenced exterior of 400m² allowing you to park 2 to 3 cars, with 2 terraces, tables, chairs, barbecue...

Because it was warm outside, we enjoyed the air conditioning. The cottage is completely complete, clean and with many French books. It has a nice garden. We found the bed a bit hard and short.

Maison agréable à vivre, propre.. un plus serait d'inclure les draps et linge de toilette dans votre location 🤔. Merci beaucoup de nous avoir fourni les draps tard le soir ( c'est vrai à moto pas beaucoup de place). Accueil chaleureux, propriétaire sympathique.

La maison est très agréable, elle se trouve dans une petite rue calme. Les 3 chambres ont des lits confortables (y compris les petits lits). La maison est très propre et récente. Elle possède un joli jardin et un super barbecue. Vous trouverez tout ce qu'il vous faut : grande télévision et climatisation dans le salon, une petite télé dans la chambre, un lave-linge, un lave-vaisselle, micro-onde, lecteur de DVD (et les DVD !), de nombreux ustensiles de cuisine... La salle de bains est grande et fonctionnelle. Les propriétaires sont charmants et arrangeants. Je recommande cette location pour visiter la Charente Maritime car l'emplacement est très centrale. Vous trouverez à proximité : Rochefort, Fouras, Saintes, ... L'ile d'Oléron et la Rochelle ne sont pas loin non plus. Pont l'abbé d'Arnoult dispose de nombreux commerces : supermarchés, boulangerie, primeur, restaurants, ... Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, merci.
