Lovely view, house was clean and stocked with all needs. A couple of notes that would have been helpful…Listing should state NO air conditioning. Also, beach photo in listing didn’t really show how rocky it was…access to water was difficult.

The description completely undersold this place. Great spot, clean and comfortable. Hiked from the front door in the mornings, beach in the afternoon. Placed was fully stocked up needing only staples. Thanks Marty! Hope to get back here soon.

We had a fabulous week. The house was perfect and the beach setting was relaxing and rejuvenating. The house was well-equipped, comfortable, and met all of our needs. Communication with the host was timely, efficient, and accomodading. The private beach and spacious yard was perfect for privacy, viewing sunsets, and enjoying the summertime ocean breezes.
