Beautiful beach front home. One of the nicest private beaches on Scraggy Neck. Rear porch and patio with beautiful views over Bassetts Island and Kingmans Yacht Center. Easy swim or kayak to Bassetts Island. Huge back yard slopes down to beach and picturesque salt water marsh. Sleeps eleven (master bedroom - king size bed, 2nd bedroom - king size bed, 3rd bedroom - two double beds, bunk room - two bunk beds and double bed). AC, new appliances. Freshly painted. Pet Friendly. Additional association beaches, tennis courts (two clay, two hardtop) and play ground, basket ball court within walking distance. It was incredible. We had perfect weather and thoroughly enjoyed walking to the beach with my dog a couple of times a day. The house was clean and spacious. Will definitely return.

Divine location, spacious & comfortable setting, quiet & peace-filled ambiance, close day trip proximity to Cape Cod National Seashore/Vineyard Haven (Martha's Vineyard/Boston, delicious area eateries, responsive & attentive host... Recommend highly without qualification for the best family visit we've had Cape-side in the past 20 years or so since living in the area! A stellar trip to Scraggy Neck!

Three Generations of my family stayed here this past week. All I can say is it was perfect. The property is well kept and very spacious. More than enough room for 10 of us. We had some great weather, maybe a bit hot midweek, but great and if you could get up early, amazing sunrises out the back yard. The view of the water and the island isn’t too shabby, either! The area is nice and quiet, too. Plenty of things to do locally. We hope to be back next year.

Had a fabulous trip. The house was right on the water and made for a lot of fun with the grandchildren. The area was quiet and peaceful, but not a far drive from lots of different attractions.
