The house was clean and beautiful, though a few things were missing or not working properly. Talita sent someone over the next day. The first person who responded to my inquiry was difficult to communicate with before my stay. Finally, VRBO advertises that the rate includes all fees. There were many additional fees that pushed my daily rate way over what was advertised, and then the rate dropped considerably after I booked.

The house is well appointed and clean. We noticed a leak in the garage which concerned us and we notified the property manager. There is a rather large obstruction to the water view, but otherwise, it’s a nice house and seemed clean.

First the property location and views are fantastic. The house is very modern and attractive in the designer perspective. However attractive it is, however, it is far less than comfortable. Entry is either by the very low ceiling basement garage (too low for any car) or external stairs. The problem with the external stars is that the "railing" are just glass panels. Good for looks, but hardly safe in my opinion - same for the balconies - glass panels that don't obstruct view, but not very sturdy (the bracket holding at least one was loose and the panel shook). From the first day we had mechanical problems, - on a/c didn't work, water pressure in some sinks was nearly non-existent, ice make never worked, golf cart worked, but battery very weak and wouldn't work for more than a few miles before needing new charge - needs new batteries. Host was responsive, sent people to "fix" things, but not always with success. Property description is misleading. Claims four bedrooms, but there are only three and a sitting room that has a very uncomfortable murphy bed. Lastly, I suggest providing a listing of all locations of keys and codes for doors, instructions on lighting, etc. We had to email or guess many times. For location and views I give it a 5, but overall, a weak 3.
