4 of us(2 couples) stayed for a weekend wedding. House was clean, well equipped, and great location! We would stay again!!

The house looks brand new and it was convenient to a number of great beaches. We had a great time! However I feel that 7 guests would feel VERY tight in this small space, and wouldn't recommend going over 4 or maybe 5.

The property and home were beautiful. Great neighborhood and home layout, very cleanly. The binder description of neighborhood and confirmation of cottage location was a little different than what is on the property details. The main area ductless AC unit was not functional and leaking water for 3 nights, which was half of our trip, which was not the owners fault but an issue may arise with other tennants.
