The beach theme of this San Felipe Vacation Rental makes it a popular choice with vacationers. The decor creates a continuous flow — everything from the curtains to the artwork to the living room chairs flows effortlessly, featuring wicker furnishings in the living and dining room amidst high ceilings. In-house WiFi is available, and WiFi is also available at the main swimming pools. The TV has a Roku TV connection with Netflix.
With three big bedrooms that comfortably sleep 6 guests, your comfort is guaranteed. A winding staircase takes you to the upper floor where you will find two bedrooms. The master suite features a king-sized bed, walk-in closet, separate shower and tub, flat-screen TV, his-and-her sinks, and a patio with golf course views. The second bedroom on the upper floor has a queen bed with a separate shower-tub combo. The third bedroom is on the lower level with a queen bed, his-and-her sinks, and a separate shower-tub combo.
The kitchen features high-end stainless steel appliances, a side-by-side refrigerator with ice-maker and water filtration system, coffee maker, and toaster. The kitchen opens to a patio with lots of seating and a stainless steel BBQ grill — a favorite spot to BBQ, watch golfers, and enjoy beach views.
This rental comes with 8 towels. If you need any other towels (pool, beach, hand, or face towels), please bring them with you. Maximum occupancy is 8 guests. This rental comes with 6 pool passes only. Children 12 and under do not need a pool pass. Passes are issued by the resort directly to guests — the office closes at 4:30PM. A $100 refundable security deposit is required on arrival. Monthly rentals available — utilities are additional with a utility security deposit required. NOTE: Off-road vehicles are no longer permitted on the beachside of this community. If you want to bring an off-road vehicle, please rent a home on the mountain side where off-road vehicles are permitted. This rule does not apply to Baja 250 and participants in other major races. Check-in is from 3PM to 8PM. After 8PM, there is a $25 late check-in fee.

I was a little scared where we parked our canam. No security and far from condo off property. Parking is not spacious. If you have a truck it doesn’t fit in the garage. Only 2 small cars fit in the garage. We saw a canam on property riding and going in and out of the property even though they said they were not allowed. No blankets at all in condo

Arrived at the property and was delighted with beach view and proximity to pool area. Condo was beautifully decorated and provided expected amenities. San Felipe was cute beach town with light tourists as this time of year.
Got windy in afternoon but temps were fairly mild. Enjoyable overall
