This spacious two-bedroom home has gorgeous views, 1,300 square feet of living space, upgraded appliances, and beautiful Mexican-inspired artwork and decor throughout. This hidden gem in San Felipe puts guests close to the beach, local cafes, popular tourist attractions, coffee shops, and sidewalk boutiques. Just walking distance to Chuy's Place and other local restaurants, this private residence is a perfect place to experience San Felipe like a local.
The open concept floor plan allows all common spaces to blend effortlessly. The main living room features comfortable sofas, a classic coffee table, and a TV hidden in a wooden entertainment center. Exposed wood beams in the ceiling contrast beautifully with crisp white tile floors, and bright bold accents make it feel like an authentic Mexican getaway. The living room transitions into a formal dining area with an expansive dining table seating six, set against a large window overlooking the property. The breakfast bar serves as a transitional point between the dining area and the fully equipped kitchen featuring expansive counter space, custom wood cabinets, large sinks, a modern dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and microwave.
This San Felipe Vacation Rental has one bedroom on the first floor with private patio access, two double beds, high-end linens, and a floor-to-ceiling wooden shelving unit, plus a full bathroom with a walk-in shower behind a half tile wall. The second bedroom also on the first floor features one full-size bed and one twin bed, a bright yellow color scheme, soft linens, and a floor-to-ceiling shelving unit. A second full bathroom is located on the second floor. This home sleeps 7 guests. If guests bring an airbed, 2 more guests can be accommodated for a maximum of 10 guests.
Sliding glass doors lead from the main living area to a private patio with a barbecue area, iron gate separating the property from the white sandy beach, a swing set, and unobstructed water views. This spacious and fully furnished San Felipe Vacation Rental is located at the end of a quiet road surrounded by friendly neighbors, right in front of the beach, close to San Felipe's vibrant nightlife district, shopping venues, popular restaurants and bars, golf courses, and other area attractions. No towels provided — guests bring all needed towels. Monthly rentals available — utilities are additional with a utility security deposit required. Check-in is from 3PM to 8PM. After 8PM, there is a $25 late check-in fee.

San Felipe is a faded rather dirty town. The property is classic old San Felipe. Right on the beach. It was clean. There are no towels and a single little bar of soap. It was fine for an overnight on the Baja 1000 route and worked out well for our team.
