About this house rental
Quiet, Safe, and PRIVATE located beach home, 30-second walk to the sand. Beautiful upstairs patio with seating. All travertine and black granite interior accents. NEW A/C and heating! High ceiling throughout, and tile floors all within. Inquire about PETS! There is a closed in the front yard with seashell ground cover. We also offer an outdoor stone shower and a rising station prior to entering the house. We also have a barbeque on the kitchen Patio.

This property was a good deal but the beach access was not easy. Otherwise it was great.

We loved the location of the house. It is a short walk down to an empty beach! The neighborhood felt very safe. The house was clean and just the right size for our family.
Things that could have been improved: the cleaners were still there cleaning until around 6 pm on the day we were supposed to check in. I believe check in time was 2 or 3 pm, so that ate up one of our days at the beach since we couldn’t get in and unpack with the cleaners still there. They did show up right on time for our check OUT however. Also, there was no dishwasher like shown in the photos, so that was frustrating to have to hand wash dishes for 7 people after every meal. Those are not major things, but definitely inconvenient and things I wish we would have known ahead of time.
