Villa Annette Beach House 3rd Floor Beach Cottage, 1 Bedroom, 1 Bath, Sleeps 2

You couldn’t ask for a more friendly or detail oriented host. She’s literally thought of everything! This is a great spot for a short or extended stay just steps from the ocean. We stayed 3 nights and couldn’t be happier. With the host recommendations we saw beautiful beaches and enjoyed the small beach side town vibes that were right in the neighborhood but far enough away you weren’t awake all night. We can’t thank her enough for allowing us and our dog to rent her beautifully decorated and well equipped space. Our dog loved the side yard and made sure to hit every smell she could find! We wish we had a little longer here as this is a lovely smaller town. Side note: we loved the breeze and views from the 3rd floor but it’s important to note older dogs may struggle with the steep steps.

We spent the month of March in upper beach house. It was clean, comfortable bed, and in a superior location for spending time at a beautiful beach. The area is safe, has a fantastic boardwalk, grocery store, bakery, cafe’s and various bar’s within walking distance. Our host was amazing and available. We had access to various beach chairs and umbrella. The area has lovely trees, shrubs & flowers typical if a southern climate.

Loved every bit of my experience. From the beginning, Marianela and Adrian were kind and communicative about the Villa Annette Beach House. They sent additional pictures and videos ahead of time to help get familiarized with the property. The Beach House itself was adorable and perfect for my solo trip. The space can easily accommodate 2 adults and there was even another futon-like bed in the living room for an additional person. The pictures on the listing were highly accurate. The kitchen had silverware, plates and more. Plenty of towels and bedding were available. Wi-Fi connection was strong. I appreciated the warmth of the water in the shower. The breeze from the ocean was felt throughout the entire space and the sounds of the waves clashing on the beach made it feel like paradise (which it was). The only part I did not like was leaving on my last day!! :( But Marianela was so warm and welcoming so I know without a doubt that I will be back there on my next solo vacation! Our host was absolutely wonderful and the location was very nice. The place itself was not. He needs to tile the floors and gut that kitchen. Totally out dated and the stove barely usable. Need to take the dirty stuff off the shelves and build them out to put groceries. We made it work but was very disappointed in the place.
