With ocean within fifty feet, you may choose to be active in water sports or rest in the front patio hammock. The tall, well established trees within the property give this third floor beach cottage a " within and above the tree canopy feel " while enjoying ocean views.
Attractions: some local night life, 15 mins drive to Laguna Tortuguero preserve in Manati, 45 mins drive to Zipline (extreme sports) at Toro Verde in Orocovis, 10 mins drive to surfing in the Atlantic Coast.

the apartment is well located for the beach and various restaurants in the area. super basic accommodations and nothing fancy; 2 people max. noise level was rough with barking dogs at times in the night. host was very attentive and helpful. lack of a/c wasn't an issue on this 3rd floor space with the consistent breeze.

Our host was absolutely wonderful and the location was very nice. The place itself was not. He needs to tile the floors and gut that kitchen. Totally out dated and the stove barely usable. Need to take the dirty stuff off the shelves and build them out to put groceries. We made it work but was very disappointed in the place.
