This property walking distance to a private beach, you can walk 5 min to the surfing beach. The house isn't infront of the beach is just close by. If you wants to "balneario" it is 5 min driving to Puerto Nuevo Beach. 45 min away from the airport Luis Muñoz Marin SJU. 30 min away front old San Juan. 10 min away from Ojo de agua Vega Baja and Laguna Tortuguero Vega Baja. Very closed to gas stations, supermarket. Property has solar system and water tank ( cisterna).

A/C is at the rooms, they work amazing! The room was cold in couple minutes! Beach was mins away!

The house is great for its value. Its a lovely house for a small family. (Max 5 comfortably, could fit 6 if needed).
They had the basic ammenities and have what you need.
You can wash clothes, but you have to pay for the washer.
We only got 4 towels for 5 people for a 3 night stay.
For Women, there is one long mirror in the main bedroom, but no dresser or anywhere to sit and get ready. The bathroom has a small round mirror and really no counter space if you plan to put out make up or anything.
