About this villa rental
Superb villa on the outskirts of Saint Denis, newly built and constructed to be particularly comfortable with high-end materials and equipment. In the centre, a private heated swimming pool from April to September, with the house and summer kitchen around it.
3 Bedrooms including a master suite. 2 beds of 140cm, 2 bunk beds and 1 bed of 160cm in the master suite. 1 separate second toilet and a bathroom available. The large living area will provide you with comfort and conviviality in all seasons and especially in winter with the wood-burning fireplace.
Shops and market accessible on foot or by bike. The sea is 1.3km away, Boirie or Soubregeon beaches just 5 minutes by bike.
Parasol and sun loungers also available.
The summer kitchen contains a plancha and a deep fryer, a bar and stools. 2 parking spaces on the street, 1 private space and another along the house, no parking within the grounds except for bikes. Bed linen and household linen are provided and the price is included in the cleaning fees.
The pool is secured by a roller shutter compliant with safety standards for this equipment. Filter coffee maker and a Dolce Gusto at the house.

The location was fantastic, within 10 minutes walk to the market, restaurants and bakery. Walking distance to the beaches. The house was lovely and perfect for a family with kids who can enjoy the pool.
