Poinciana Place is located in the heart of Miramar Beach, just across the street from the beautiful Gulf of Mexico! This is a low-density complex with only 2 levels and 16 unit's total. Guests will love the convenience of being on the walk/bike path of Scenic Gulf Drive, as well as being in close walking distance to the beach, grocery stores, Silver Sands Premium Outlets, and at least a dozen restaurants! Poinciana Place offers a pool with plenty of lounge chairs around to enjoy a splash when you are not at the beach.

For the high-end shopper, the center offers everything from Fusion Art Glass Gallery to Brooks Brothers Country Club. Several boutiques, such as Hello, Sunshine, and Magnolia House, carry fare you can't find anywhere else. Dining options include Mitchell's Fish Market, P. F. Chang's China Bistro, and Cantina Laredo Gourmet Mexican Food. In 2013, Walton County’s first movie theater opened at Grand Boulevard’s Town Center – the state-of-the-art Boulevard 10 Movie Theater.
If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of the permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or another flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Place was not terrible—just seemed like it had not been stayed in much and had definitely not been kept up. All furniture was old, stained, worn, and uncomfortable. Had roaches, or palmetto bugs as they are referred to. It honestly, that’s just a part of being in FL. At least they were dead! Minor things like towel racks and freezer handle broken. If the price would’ve reflected the less than 5 star accommodation that this was, I would have felt more comfortable giving a higher score. With a little TLC this place could be fine. But otherwise, too pricey for what it is in our opinion. We left a day early and decided to stay in a hotel to be able to sleep comfortably. I texted the property management company and they offered to send someone out, but to us it was too late to address the issues—not sure what they would have been able to do. Overall, would not recommend as there are plenty of options in the area.
