The pampering begins the moment you enter the lobby of the luxurious Villa La Estancia. Located on Medano Beach adjacent to sister properties Villa del Arco Beach Resort & Spa and Villa del Palmar Los Cabos, this five-star retreat prides itself on offering magnificence amidst a relaxed setting.
Villa La Estancia has the only privately-owned beachfront condominiums on the fabulous Medano Beach of Cabo San Lucas, and operates as a five-star resort. Each of the condos is owned by an individual or group of homeowners who take pride in their property.
Our condo unit number 1207, We are located near the hot tubs and easy access to lobby and gym. And access to pool and beach.
Medano Beach is wonderful for swimming and sunning and many other activities such as parasailing and snorkeling, but you will be tempted to stop at one of the two gorgeous pools or five hot tubs on the site. Or, you might choose to go into the executive fitness center for a workout or the spa for a jacuzzi, steambath, or sauna. Or you can just hang out at the pool's swim up bar and restaurant and let yourself be pampered by the friendly, expert personnel.
World famous golf and sportfishing are at your fingertips, or you can rent ATVs and tour the desert area at the tip of the peninsula. Take a day trip to some of the fascinating towns of southern Baja California, or you can simply walk or take a short bus or taxi ride into Cabo San Lucas itself. Shop for Mexican jewelry, metalwork, and pottery, then enjoy your dinner at one of the town's countless excellent restaurants. Have a cocktail at the bustling marina, and watch the boats of the fishing fleet return from their day at sea. Be sure to stay in town long enough to sample the exciting night life - you will have all day tomorrow to snooze at the oceanfront pool!
The condo is spacious and elegant, with 2000 plus square feet of living space. It is a complete luxury residence, with marble floors throughout. You will spend a good deal of time on the large terrace which looks down on the main pool and gazes out at Land's End, the very tip of the Baja peninsula. The terrace has ceiling fans, a wet bar, a refrigerator.
The condo has a full kitchen (updated with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances) and dining room, breakfast bar, and living room. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and a sitting area, and the master bath has jacuzzi tub, shower, and double sinks. The second bedroom has a bathroom and two queen-size beds. The couch in the comfortable living room pulls out into a queen-size bed, so the condo holds eight with ease. Adjoining the living room is a third full bathroom with shower. There are cable TVs and ceiling fans in every room, as well as a VCR and stereo in the living room.
The expert and courteous concierge staff are dedicated to making your stay a total vacation. They will take care of all the details that you want to get away from on vacation, from check-in to check-out. They will arrange transportation, restaurant reservations, and give expert advice on the activities in the area. If you are in a mood to cook, you can purchase groceries at the onsite grocery. Also available there are pharmacy items, jewelry and clothing, movie rentals, and even a delicatessen. If you just want to loaf, there is a fine restaurant on site, which also offers room service.

What a great trip ! Our room was wonderful and it was so nice being on the ground floor.
Room was beautiful and the Bed was so so comfy. We didn’t want to leave. We will be back.:)

We had a group of 6 adults staying in this Beautiful, Clean and well stocked condo. The condo is located in a great location at the resort. If you have trouble navigating stairs or don't feel like taking elevators, this condo is for you! The resort is in an excellent location and an easy 15 minute walk down the beach to the Office and Mango Deck. There is also a market adjacent to the resort. The pool is really nice with a swim up bar and an outdoor restaurant that has great food. There are also several large hot tubs located throughout the resort (two of them are conveniently located near the condo). The resort staff was VERY FRIENDLY and helpful. I definitely would stay in this unit again!

I've traveled to Cabo more times than I can count over the past three years. (I think it's close to 15.) I have stayed in many nice places, from Capella Pedregal to VRBO mansions on the corridor. Villa La Estancia is now at the top of my list. La Estancia offers the same white glove service and attention to detail as any five star resort on the Baja, but for a fraction of the price. The grounds are meticulously manicured, the staff is just a step above top notch, and the location is absolutely perfect. This villa had every amenity we needed, and it is tastefully decorated. It is a very nice villa and is located in a great area within the resort (no steps.) Booking was a breeze, as was check-in and check-out. You simply can't go wrong by booking this property.

Everything at La Estancia was Amazing. From check in where they said welcome home to the cleanliness of the room, this place is our FAVORITE vacation destination. All the staff we had for the 2 weeks there-- made sure we had no needs or wants -- ever. We have stayed in other villas on the property but really loved unit 1207; so close to the gym, market and pool- you can't go wrong. We will be back again next year!
