Beautiful custom decorated Ocean View Villa at the fantastic Villa La Estancia resort in Cabo San Lucas. Sit on the large balcony and enjoy a view of Medano Beach and the famous rocks of the Cabo San Lucas point. Relax at the gigantic pool with swim-up bar, five hot tubs, or the swimmable Medano beach.
This 3 bedroom luxury villa has two large master suites with king size beds, sitting areas and large bathrooms with jetted tubs. The guest room has two queen beds with a bathroom. The great room has a fully equipped kitchen with granite counters, dining room and a beautifully furnished living room with a large flat panel TV. The fourth full bath is off the great room. All rooms have 42' flat panel TV's. The balcony is a true 'ocean view' balcony that stretches across all the bedrooms and includes a wet bar and refrigerator. The Villa is on the fourth floor and has free wireless internet access.
The La Estancia facility includes a fully equipped fitness center, concierge services, and the excellent La Casona restaurant. The site has an excellent full service spa, tennis courts, and market.
Downtown Cabo San Lucas is only minutes away with excellent restaurants, shops and of course, the famous night life. World class golf courses are nearby, and the fishing is amazing.

This was our second time staying in this unit and 5th time at Villa La Estancia. Everything was perfect. It's a beautiful, well appointed and spacious condo. The view from the balcony is breathtaking. Plenty of room for our party of 7 to be together and have privacy. I highly recommend!

The property is in an excellent location -- beach is swimmable and you can walk into town (or very short ride). The unit is very spacious and offers a fantastic view. The host is extremely helpful and has great communication skills. Highly recommend!
