Welcome to a spectacular ocean view getaway vacation! Experience luxurious accommodations at Villa La Estancia 3604. Open the doors to an expansive, 6th floor Terrace to hear the waves crashing from this 2300 square foot, 2-bedroom, 3 bath unit. Ocean views from every room and the sound of the waves only happen in a unit this close to the water.
The common area includes a large, fully equipped Kitchen and Dining area for 8 people. A beautiful and spacious Living area includes a comfortable pull-out sofa bed. The entertainment-ready Terrace offers a comfortable extra dining area, Wet Bar, BBQ and thick foam chase lounges for watching the breathtaking ocean views.
The large Master Suite comes with an exceptionally comfortable king-size bed, large screen smart TV, a desk, and an adjoining master spa tub bathroom with his and her sinks. The second bedroom suite comes with two extremely comfortable queen-size beds and a full bath. Plenty of room for 8 people.
This unit offers one electronic locking main entry door and two separate electronic keyed internal doors for privacy between bedroom units and a shared large balcony with stunning ocean views, making this unit perfect for sharing with two families, or you can leave the internal doors open for full access.
This unit also comes equipped with free Wi-Fi, a full-sized washer and dryer, and pre-stocked with all the necessary kitchen and cleaning supplies.
The onsite market has all your grocery and supply needs covered allowing you to never have to leave the resort area. Alternatively, dine at any of the 13 restaurants and bars at the resort complex, including the #1 rated restaurant in Cabo, La Casona, which this unit overlooks. All Inclusive Plans available.

This was the best beach resort I’ve been to. We stayed for the week between Christmas and New Year’s and it was heaven. The villa is pristine clean, the staff was absolutely fantastic and Cameron was a great host. Location is close enough to the action without being in the hubbub. Truly a relaxing, beautiful place. Thank you for sharing your slice of paradise with us, Cameron!

Cameron made it so easy to rent this property. He communicated with the staff on property so when we arrived everything went smoothly. He provided us with airport transportation information (BYB Transportation) and also recommended some local restaurants. We will definitely recommend this to others and hope to return again soon!
