This villa is first unit on the beach, with just a few short steps to the pool from the patio. Its location is best on site.
This is a luxurious condominium in Villa La Estanci. Located on Medano beach, the only safe swimming beach in the area. Villa La Estancia is operated as a five-star condominium resort. All the benefits of a resort with the luxury of a private home.
The villa has three bedrooms and four full baths and furniture has been updated. The bedrooms are all huge and all beds are king beds. The baths are all marble with granite counter tops. Two of the bathrooms have large whirlpool tubs. There is also a full kitchen with all appliances, a breakfast bar, and a laundry room with washer, dryer, and sink. There is a beautiful view of the ocean from the villa and from the huge balcony. The balcony has ceiling fans and a wet bar with refrigerator and a gas grill.
This resort is adjacent to the Villa del Palmar and Villa del Arco resorts and guests of Villa La Estancia are welcome to use the amenities of those resorts which includes the full-service supermarket, video store, and deli. Both other resorts also have a children's activity center which is available to our guests.

The location of this unit is absolutely everything! Our family really enjoyed the convenience to the pool and beach. The check in process was so quick and easy and truly everyone working there was beyond helpful. We had a great vacation.

The resort and villa are great. I recommend the inclusive rate; didn’t give us a thought about preparing meals which makes for a good vacation. Food at the resort is very good

Beautiful suite of rooms with incredible views, easy access to pools and ocean. Welcomed with delicious margaritas, chips and guacamole. Excellent host. Highly recommend!

Resort is good in general but there was no hot water for the two days we stayed there and the rooms were cold and even when you adjust thermostat it would not change temperature. Location and property is great but the resort needs to work on its basic systems.
