This beautiful apartment is ideally located in one of the most peaceful and elegant neighborhoods of Glyfada, just a short walk from the sea. Fully renovated again in June 2026, the apartment has been completely refreshed with brand new furniture, modern decoration, soft peaceful color tones and upgraded outdoor furnishings, creating a warm and relaxing atmosphere for every guest.
The apartment consists of 2 comfortable bedrooms and 2 modern bathrooms, making it ideal for families, couples or groups of friends looking to enjoy the Athenian Riviera in comfort and style.
Every detail of the apartment has been carefully designed to combine functionality with elegance. The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge with freezer, cutlery, dishes and pans, kettle, espresso coffee machine, toaster and all necessary kitchen appliances. Complimentary coffee is also provided for your stay. There is additionally a washing machine, vacuum cleaner and workspace available.
The spacious living room is bright and cozy, while the large balconies surrounding the apartment are perfect for relaxing, enjoying your breakfast in the morning sun or having dinner during the warm Greek evenings.
The apartment offers autonomous heating, a fireplace, full air conditioning in all rooms and 24/7 hot water through a boiler system, ensuring a comfortable stay throughout the entire year.
Of course, all beds are prepared with fresh ironed sheets of top quality and clean towels are provided for every guest.

It is not a "fantastic" two bedroom apartment (as advertised), but it is a comfortable place for four, with relatively small bedrooms and bathrooms, but with a spacious living room and kitchen. So, overall, a nice comfortable place to spend 3/4 days.On the other hand, the property manager, George, is the most kind, patient and accommodating guy ever. George made the apartment look and feel much better!

A very modern flat near the center of Glyfada. The main streets with all shops, bars and restaurants you will reach by foot in 3 minutes. The communication with George from the rent-company was perfect. For sure, we will com back as soon as possible……
