About this apartment rental
This apartment is really ideally located, a unique apartment in a very peaceful neighborhood of the center of Glyfada. It consists 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and was fully renovated in 2014.
Everything in the apartment are totally new. There are two bedrooms with closes and two bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven,microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, cutlery, dishes and pans, kettle, espresso coffee maker, toaster. You will enjoy having your complimentary coffee during your stay.There is also a vacuum cleaner and a laundry machine and a PC.
There is autonomous heating system and a fireplace. The apartment is fully air conditioned and there is a boiler which provides 24 hours hot water. There are big balconies, where you can relax or enjoy your breakfast or a delicious dinner.
Of course the beds are already made-up, with fresh ironed sheets from top quality brand. Furthermore there are clean towels for every single of you.
Entire property has free WIFI!
The apartment is ideal for families or couples who want to spend their summer holidays in a beach side apartment, in one of the most elegant areas of Athens. The nearest beach is only 500 m away, but also there are plenty of organized beaches in Voula and Vouliagmeni area. During summer time the coast line of Glyfada, Voula & Vouliagmeni areas are very popular choice for swimming , walking and dinning.
Located close to the sea we are enjoying the fresh sea breeze in the summer time compared to the more warm center but most important away from any traffic jams and all the demonstrations that take place in the center of Athens.
The apartment is very close to a pharmacy, banks and public transport 300 m away from the apartment. There is a bus station from where you can take a bus to the city centre. 500 m away from the apartment there is a super market, a bakery and a pharmacy. In only 200 m from the apartment you can find a playground for children.
Smoking is only allowed on the balcony
Common quiet hours 11:00 p.m. – 07:00 a.m., 3:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
For late check in after 00:00 there is a small fee

It is not a "fantastic" two bedroom apartment (as advertised), but it is a comfortable place for four, with relatively small bedrooms and bathrooms, but with a spacious living room and kitchen. So, overall, a nice comfortable place to spend 3/4 days.On the other hand, the property manager, George, is the most kind, patient and accommodating guy ever. George made the apartment look and feel much better!

A very modern flat near the center of Glyfada. The main streets with all shops, bars and restaurants you will reach by foot in 3 minutes. The communication with George from the rent-company was perfect. For sure, we will com back as soon as possible……
