Skiathou 12 Contemporary Residences

Clean, big space. Big windows and teh kitcen nice. The bed is very comfortable. They had an extra pillow because i use three pillows to sleep.

The parking in teh area was not available. They have everywhere blue lines so only residents can park. The house got heated fast but needed time to find how the ac worked because it would bring heta. Instructions with icons would be nicwe

Very clean and spacious. Big bathroom and washing machine useful. Host was very kind and quick to respond when I wrote about any issues. I had two separate stays and photos are from first appartment.

The main door to the apartments in front of réception didn’t lock. I informed the host on my previous stay and it wasn’t fixed. One of the blinds didn’t work and as there was construction going on next door I wanted it fully closed. À light in the kitchen was flashing however there was enough lighting using others. There was no salt, pepper oil on second stay. Although I preferred this appartment as I had a balcony which was great for drying clothes. The area was not great. Too residential and far to walk to any shops or beach. Construction next door, noisy early morning.

The location. How clean it was.

Great property. Perfect for my needs and in a great location. Plenty of shops and a few great places to eat within walking distance. The room is comfortable, clean and very well appointed. The area feels very safe and quiet. I had a fantastic stay and couldn’t recommend it highly enough.
