PROS: * This place has a comanding ocean view right off the balcony which is viewed from throughout the living room/dining room/kitchen. * The place appeared clean upon entry* There were beach towels, pool noodles, beach chairs, coolers, beach umbrellas available in the unit* You could log on to your own streaming services *The location is right off Ali'i Drive a short drive from Kona downtown - shops, dining, grocery stores, etc.CONS:*The blender was rusted*The toaster was rusted*The knives were rusted*The kitchen table had not been cleaned* There was quite a bit of construction noise* There is some pool noise since the place sits above the pool* The management company was NOT quick to respond regarding any issues* When you open the louvered winsows in the bedrooms the parking lot is in view * no a/c, only fans

This property has everything!! The location, the view, the pool area, bbq area, and the landscaping were outstanding. Can’t wait to stay here again!!
