An open and airy gourmet kitchen with dining room table that seats 8 has unencumbered ocean views looking out across the living room to open lanai.
New TV’s in every room including a large HD TV in the living room.
Master suite has a king bed with Jacuzzi tub and walk in shower. Second bedroom has a queen bed with adjoining bathroom. The lanai has 2 L-shaped couches with coffee tables allowing plenty of room to relax.
A front lawn between the house and ocean is a great place for sun bathing.
