This was a perfect break from resort stays in Maui and Oahu. It is large with plenty of room for family of five. Lanai and kitchen with open living room are spacious. It was great to have a washer and dryer and kitchen to do laundry and take a break from eating out. The condo was well stocked with basics. It was great they had beach towels and beach chairs. We were excited to use set of snorkel equipment but it was broken which was a bummer. The AC works great and kept the condo cool. Great location to downtown and other restaurants and supermarkets. Sunsets on the lanai were beautiful!

Overall, the property was good- not thrilling but solid. The picture of the patio shows a different table and it also makes the patio look larger then it really is. The view, watching the sunset and the ocean breeze were the winning factors. I felt safe in the complex and the parking was not an issue. Got a little warm in the bedrooms without AC which made it harder for me to sleep.

We stayed at this propeety for only a few nights to visit family in Kona. It was perfect for what we needed. The views were so special and relaxing. We lazed around with the sounds of the waves. The pool was great for my 12 year old and the location was fun for the entire family with shops and restaurants so close. We fished off the rocks and caught a few reef fish. All around a very special time. We hope to come back soon!

We had an amazing time at Sea Village . They view is breathtaking and we enjoyed dinner at Sunset at the balcony. The apartment is beautifully decorated and kitchen fully equipped. The pool Area is nice and clean and by the time we were there not clowded at all. Truly lovely place.

The view was amazing. We enjoyed being so close to the ocean and viewing the water - so relaxing. We ate nearly every meal out on the lanai and watched the waves come in. We even saw a few surfers! For meals, the grills were close and convenient and the kitchen was perfect and well stocked. The whole family loved the pool and the view from there was fantastic as well. The property management was awesome to communicate with. We had some travel plans change, and they were very accommodating and responsive. We were there in June and did not find the lack of Air Conditioning to be a problem. The ocean breeze was strong and the fans provided helped cool down the house. The location was great - not far from groceries, and a nice walk to shops and things to do downtown. We would love to stay here again!

The angle of view from the lanai allows for beautiful sunsets as well as some coastline which we appreciated in the morning. The unit is well-furnished with many amenities making for a comfortable stay. The location was far enough away from town to be quiet and yet close enough for a walk into town for a meal or shopping. Check in was easy with no issues.

I am going to agree with the review written a few weeks ago that the no air conditioning is a problem. It cools down by about 3 AM but if you are used to a cold room this is not the place for you. The view is amazing and the sunsets were spectacular. This condo has noise from the courtyard until about 11 PM right outside the bedroom. The housekeeping is sketchy the place needs a good scrub down.

This property is in a great location in the Kona area, right along the coastline with a lovely shared pool to help stay cool. There's a little patio with a lovely view of the bay, and good sunset views. It's part of a larger complex, but neighbors were quiet and respectful. It got pretty warm in July (no AC), and even with fans going, we were sweating a bit, so plan accordingly. It's a good location to check out the Kona sites and local beaches. We enjoyed our stay!

The unit was very clean and well stocked. The view from the unit was beautiful and the grounds were well maintained. Unfortunately despite the cleanliness and view the lack of air conditioning is this unit made our stay miserable. The unit gets direct afternoon sun and the ceiling fans and two portable fans are not sufficient to cool the unit. There is no shade on the patio or curtain on the large Arcadia door to block the sun, which makes it virtually impossible to sit in the living room area without being blinded by the sun during sunset. Though the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans and other essentials using the oven or stove only increased the temperature in the unit making it even more uncomfortable. The beds were comfortable, but again the temperature in the unit made sleeping uncomfortable. To summarize, as nice as the unit was would not stay at this property again. We are from Arizona and are use to hot summers and triple digit temperatures, but the temperature in this unit made our stay unbearable, couldn’t wait to leave. To the owners invest in an air conditioning unit, better portable fans and a shade on the patio.

Came to Kona for a vacation while our daughter was in Hilo for Merrie Monarch. Enjoyed the condo very much. The lanai over looks the ocean and we were able to watch the sunset from there every day. Even saw a few cruise ships come into Kailua bay! Highly recommend.

First of all, the view is incredible. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. There were lawn chairs, snorkel equipment, and beach towels. We appreciated that there was a washer and dryer to use. Yes, there is no a/c, but we keep the patio door open, with screen closed, and the air flow was fine. My daughter slept on the pull out sleeper sofa and said it was very comfortable. I could not find anything wrong with this property and would stay again.

We very much enjoyed this property. This is our 5th stay in the Kailua area which is our favorite on the big island. The "community" atmosphere was great. Evenings were fun with bbq's and people enjoying some great conversations in the common area. Would recommend this property to others and will look into it again for our trip next year.

The condo is quiet with a great ocean view. Nice breeze and sounds of the ocean waves. We had 5 people and got along great with one king, two twin beds and a pullout. There was snorkeling gear, beach towels, chairs and a cooler to venture out. Pool and hot tub area is nice and relaxing. Close to the food and shops on Ali'i Drive. Would definitely stay here again.

This condo was located just near the shops and restaurants in Kona and nothing was more than a 10min drive away. The sunsets were amazing and the sound of the ocean every morning and evening was just perfect. Condo was stocked with everything we needed and appliances all worked. Washer/dryer worked and was just what we needed in the middle of the week for all of our swimwear. We used the beachchairs and boogie board - thanks for having those! The couch and chairs in the living room were comfortable and the rooms were a good size. This condo was an excellent choice for us and we look forward to coming back soon!

My family and I enjoyed so much this place. It’s a beautiful condo, remodelled, fancy furniture, new kitchen and all kind of appliances and right on the water. If you feel like not going out, get the binoculars to enjoy so much activities in the ocean. It is super clean. Very comfy beds. Great location to the downtown area. Thanks so much to the owner for letting us enjoy this gorgeous place. Thanks so much to the management for being very responsive and providing prompt responses.

Loved our stay at this place. Extremely clean. The best part was all sinks, bathrooms drain perfect and the water pressure is awesome in both bathrooms. Location is perfect. It was on Level 1, so dint have to carry bags up and down. And at the same time, had awesome view of the ocean. It does have rocks and no sandy beach though. However Magic sands and Kahalu'u Beach are extremely close by. The entire condo has tiles. No wood or carpet. Which is perfect. No AC or heater, but did not need any. All rooms have fan and its enough and comfortable. We had initial Paper towels, toilet paper rolls, hand soap, dish soap, trash bags, dish washer soap, detergent and hotel sized shampoo, body wash etc. We stayed for a week and we needed extra paper towel, toilet paper roll, detergent, dish soap and trash bags. We dint use body wash, shampoo. We reached on weekend. The regular office hours are M-F, and we had couple of questions. We still got answers over email. Couple of tips, things which are not apparent. There is nothing called security code. There is only lock code. Their email mentions security code and lock code are separate, which is confusing. When you open the lock box with lock code to fetch keys, you have to enter lock code again to put lock box back on. Also, do not try to use SeaVillage internet. The condo has its own internet and its amazing.
