Silver Lake home that sleeps 12. Looking for peaceful and spacious waterfront living? Look no further!
Sandy beach, swim raft, and a dock for your boat right across the rural road for you to enjoy this is the best kept secret on Silver Lake. Room for the whole family in this lovingly restored home with space to gather or hide away.
There is an attached bunk room, with a Queen bed, a bunk bed, and living area for extended family. The main house has a first floor 3/4 bath and small bedroom with a Twin bed. Open living area that looks directly at the lakefront across a small dirt road.
Upstairs you walk into a small seating are, with a tv and chair to relax in, there are 2 additional bedrooms. One with a Queen bed and one with 2 bunk beds. You will find a soaking tub and shower in the expansive bathroom upstairs and a washer and dryer.
This home makes for the perfect family summer get away. If you are looking to relax and soak in the sun, look no further!

Loved our visit. Weather was great and it was super quiet. We were created by a neighbor boy that became our kids best friends for the week. Highly recommend.

We booked a last minute trip with my parents and our toddlers, brought the fleet of bikes and SUP. What a fantastic impromptu getaway! The weather was pristine and Silver lake the perfect setting. The host's home was clean and even nicer in person, pictures did not do it justice. Had a few inconsequential questions during our visit and received immediate responses. We grew up playing at Lake Winnipesaukee but wished to be on a quieter waterway...between the dock, sandy beach cove and the firepit it was all too perfect! It was the perfect landing pad to explore bike trails, lake Winnisquam mini golf, Laconia train, Weirs Beach, Gunstock Mountain and so much more. Not one meal out was bad either. Memories were made that we will never forget and we are extremely grateful we stumbled upon this home. One thing note while the lake may be across the dirt road everyone in the community was careful and drove mindfully in and out of the dead end. I was skeptical of our 4 & 5yo kids scooting across inevitably sometimes without our supervision but it was great. One night very late we even witness a bit of the Auroras in the sky! Do not hesitate to book, you will not be disappointed, we definitely hope to return here next summer.
