Beautiful property with direct access to the lake. The new dock is on a quiet shallow cove, great for tubes, kayaks, paddle-boards, fishing etc. Little to no boat traffic. The provided kayaks and paddle board were easy to access and bring down to the dock from the garage. The outdoor space was perfect with the fire pit and large dining table that accommodated our 8 guests. Really pretty at night with the string lights and solar light lit path to the water. Remember to grab firewood on the way, Walmart is close by. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of cookware, dishes, glasses and utensils. Comfortable beds, plenty of bath towels and a supply of shampoo and body wash. Air conditioning kept the whole house comfortable during our late July stay.
The house is situated on a busy road, as clearly disclosed in the listing. The traffic noise is muffled by the front fence and the way the property is situated down hill, but can be heard in the back yard. It didn’t really bother us but just be aware. On the plus side the location does provide easy access to stores, restaurants and attractions.
