About this house rental
Enjoy a newly renovated home situated directly on Lake Winnisquam with Westerly exposure for exquisite sunsets. The property has 60' of sandy beach frontage with a private dock that can handle boats up to 24'. The beach area is a great place for family's to enjoy swimming including the fire pit for smore's and stargazing. There is a large outdoor deck with a gas grill that is ideal for dining and relaxing with exceptional sunset views. The driveway has plenty of space and can easily fit four cars and a boat trailer.
The inside of the house has a newly renovated kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. There are three bedrooms, the first floor master with a queen bed, the loft bedroom has 2 queen beds.The 3rd bedroom is great for kids with two sets of bunk beds in the walk out lower level basement. The downstairs ( basement) entertaining area also has a pull out sofa with a full size bed. The main level and loft bedrooms have ceiling fans. The two living areas do also. There are other fans provided too . There are two bathrooms, the first floor has a shower/bath combo and the downstairs has a stand up shower with a clothes washer and dryer. The main entertaining area has a beautiful open concept for dining and a cozy television area with a 50'' Smart TV open to the deck with sliding doors overlooking the lake. The downstairs living area is great for kids with a 46'' Smart TV and an X-Box 360 with games, along with plenty of board games to keep them entertained. The basement walks out to a patio underneath the deck with an outside ping-pong table. The lake is a perfect walk -in depth for little ones or fun for the older ones to run and jump off the dock! Please note… SHEETS ARE NOT PROVIDED BUT PILLOWS AND COMFORTERS/ QUILTS ARE.

Numerous outdoor activities on our property or nearby to enjoy. Great fishing off the dock or with the canoe/ kayak that are provided. Bring your own boat and/ or rent a boat,kayaks, paddle boards to enjoy the lake all week. Nearby is Gunstock Mountain Resort that has numerous outdoor activities (ropes course, mountain coaster, mountain top yoga etc...)Bring your bikes... The WOW bike trail is a few miles from our house. Enjoy the 9 mile roundtrip paved bike trail along Lake Winnisquam and Winnipesaukee. The popular Winnisquam sand bar is only a short boat ride away. Be on the lookout for the ice cream boat! Drive over to The Lobster Connection for fresh seafood. Plenty of other restaurants and grocery stores all very close. Great shopping with a five minute drive to the Tilton outlet mall. Pirates cove mini- golf is about a 5-10 min. drive away. Weirs Beach with arcades, drive-in movie theater and go-carts are a 20 minute drive to Lake Winnipesaukee. We are located 10 minutes from Rt.93 with so many more adventures north, like Whale's Tale, the Polar Caves and The Flume Gorge to list a few.

We loved our stay for my sister's wedding weekend! The house was immaculate and perfectly accommodated our family of five and my mother-in-law. Tonya was wonderful, the neighborhood felt very safe, and the lakefront property was beautiful. A note for future renters: the photos don't do this place justice—it's even better in person! We'd definitely come back

My cousins and I stayed here for the weekend together. The home was absolutely beautiful! The location was perfect as well! We were close enough to town to run to the grocery store, but tucked away on the lake enough to feel like we were away from the hustle of the city. The temperature dropped down this weekend and we spent most of our time around the fire, we loved all of the yard games on site to use as well! While planning our trip and things we may need, I reached out to Tonya a few times with questions. She was always so friendly and quick to respond. We would most certainly return during warmer weather to enjoy the location to the fullest by swimming in the beautiful lake!
