About this house rental
This 800 sq ft home 2 bedroom 1 bathroom was renewed in 2019.
With approx. 1.5 acres of property there is plenty of parking & sun bathing area.
It has a Large 75’ X 10’ screened in pool/partial covered, refreshing pool, its slightly warmer then the seasonal NSB ocean temperature, due to its insulated solar cover, which you have shared access to. along with the other current guests of the 4 other accommodations on property. Note: There is a $90 per stay additional non refundable pet fee for up to 2- 50lb max dogs or cats. If you forgot pay this fee at time of booking VBRO will bill you upon arrival.
My place is 3.5 miles to beach, approx. 1 hr to Disney World, Universal Studios or Kennedy Space Center. (Rocket launches are great from New Smyrna Beach) Also plenty of restaurants and dining, family-friendly activities, nightlife, and public transport. You’ll love my place because of the people, the outdoors space, and the light. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). Bring your bikes & ride to Main Street , Gym & Beach everyday.

There is a Winn Dixie about 3 blocks from home for convenient last minute needs & plenty of shopping within a mile. Post office, pharmacies & banks are just a few blocks away.

The rest of the water is provided by New Smyrna Beach City water department & is also tested safe for drinking. Awesome, affordable cottage with amazing pool. My boys play baseball and we rented this house for a tournament we needed to travel for. The house was perfect for us: spacious, well maintained and clean. Our boys loved the pool after their games. Very quiet and private. Also, big thanks to the owner for accommodating us with a late check out. We very much appreciate it. We’d absolutely stay here again!

Property is very conveniently located. Close to shopping dining and of course the beach. Our host was absolutely amazing, very accommodating.

I stayed at this property last weekend with my husband and our dog. It was important to find a house with a private yard for my dog to safely enjoy and explore while on leash. This one fit the bill beautifully. The house is as described in the advertisement. It is an older home but it had been updated and was clean and well maintained. The pool was nicely maintained but the water was a little too cool for an old gal! (the weather was unseasonably cool.) The pool would be fantastic when the weather is warmer.We met a lovely older couple staying in the other unit. They have been repeat renters, happily staying with this host for many years. We also met Kim, who helps as a caretaker and she was very nice. The home was quiet, peaceful and comfortable. I would absolutely recommend this property and this host.
