Our 2 bedroom 2 bath condo is on the ground level with a covered parking space available. New waterproof vinyl flooring and furniture have been added recently. The couch folds out to a queen bed. The master bedroom has its own private bathroom, a walk-in closet, and sliding glass doors that open to the patio.
Located on the intercoastal waterway, enjoy the private outdoor patio or the heated outdoor pool with a common area including a kitchen and grills, complete with a firepit. Walk the docks to see dolphins and turtles as the sun sets.
The Inlet Marina Villas are just a short walk to the Smyrna Dunes Park, jetty, and the beach!
Flagler Avenue, just 2 miles away, offers lots of dining options as well as shopping. And dont forget about downtown Canal Street!

From the moment I open the door and settled in for a month in the sun, I found this property inviting and comfortable!
Katrina, the property owner, quickly responded to any question I asked, both before and during my stay. Her focus on insuring my stay was relaxing and satisfying was always evident in every correspondence. The location was ideal for my love to get plenty of beach time!
I hope to return and stay longer again next year!!!
