This updated, spacious first-floor 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo sits directly across the street from the no-drive beach, offering the perfect balance of relaxation and convenience for families, couples, or remote workers.
Inside, you’ll find a bright, coastal-inspired space that sleeps up to 6 guests. The king bedroom includes an en-suite bath with a walk-in shower, while the queen bedroom connects to a second full bathroom. The third bedroom features a twin bed that can convert to a king, providing flexible sleeping arrangements for any group.
With three desks throughout the unit, Vitamin Sea is ideal for remote work or study. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen (with a new Samsung range installed in 2022), TVs in every room, high-speed WiFi, and an updated washer and dryer (2025) for your convenience.
Step outside to enjoy the community pool and hot tub, or take a short walk to nearby restaurants, grocery stores, a nail salon, and an ice cream shop. Beach access is directly across the street at Oyster Quay on the no-drive beach, where—depending on the season—you might even see a sea turtle nesting or hatchlings making their way to the ocean. You’re also just 3 miles from the shops and dining on Flagler Avenue.

- A driver’s license and car information are required to obtain a parking permit.

This condo is lovely and very tastefully decorated. It had everything needed and more, in the kitchen. Comfy beds and big closets. Directly across from the public access to beautiful beachGreat communication with host if needed.

We occupied this property for the last 2 months. It was delightful. The condo was clean, bright, spacious and super quiet. It’s a short walk to the beach. Pool and hot tub were very nice. Lots of restaurants close by. Witnessed many rocket launches from the beach. If you’re into birding, there are some great spots about an hour away. Dunes Park is a delightful place to walk, too. The only difficulty we had was the code dial is very hard to see when it bright out.
