This beautifully updated two-bedroom, three-bathroom condo can sleep up to 8 guests and is just a couple of blocks from the Quicksilver Chairlift at the base of Peak 9, making it easy to hit the slopes. For even more convenience, hop on the free town shuttle to reach any of Breck’s base areas. And with downtown Breckenridge just a few blocks away, you can easily stroll to shops, dining, and entertainment – no car required.
As the name suggests, Tanenbaum by the River sits right alongside the river, allowing you to relax to the soothing sounds of the water as it trickles by in the summer and fall. Take it all in from your private balcony and enjoy the mountain air.
Inside, the condo is warm, open, and inviting – ideal for unwinding after a day of outdoor adventures. The living room features a cozy gas fireplace, a large flat-screen LCD TV, and plenty of comfortable seating. Condo location is great; right next to stream (kids loved), 5 min walk to downtown, and surrounded by beautiful trees that gives a sense of privacy. The cons: the place was pretty beat up for what we paid. I’ve paid a similar rate for other places where you feel like you get what you paid for. Unfortunately, not the case here. Also found a pair of underwear in the couch that wasn’t ours. We had also booked this place because the owners advertised a pool and hot tub. Both were out of service with no notification upon booking - only found out upon arrival. I’ll be fair, though; overall a solid property, just not for what the going rate is. I would book again for a lower rate.

Peaceful location on the river. Condo was clean and had everything we needed. Enjoyed the fireplace, pool, hot tubs, short walk to town. Also, close to a lift, but unable to use at the time we were there due to lack of snow.

This is the second time I have rented this condo. There is plenty of room for all of us to sleep and the kitchen and family room are great. The location is great since it is walkable to everything yet quiet and peaceful setting. Only drawback is if someone in the unit above is walking or dancing around...otherwise a great place.

Easy access to slopes, third bathroom was great. No large coffee pot but made due with the smaller one and keurig. Will rent from again.
