The house was in the perfect location. The roads were newly paved and the public boat ramp was very close and in good condition. The house itself was nice. The 2 larger bedrooms had very comfortable beds. The other beds were more for children. Small and not very comfortable. The boat dock was brand new and beautiful. We spent the majority of the time on the dock and upper deck. We brought our boat and luckily, 6 boat bumpers. We used every one due to the boat traffic. My advice is to petition the city to install a no wake zone. It was heavily trafficked and not many boats, pontoons and see doos were very respectful of how close and fast they drove by. Other than that, the weather was great, the management company was excellent and the lake was beautiful.

We had a great time at our stay here. The only downside is called out in the description; the dock is in a very busy area so not a great place to swim or dock a boat. Otherwise it's wonderful and beautiful location.
