Responsible Renter: You must be at least 25 years old to rent the property. Proof of age may be requested. A parent or legal guardian must accompany guests under this age.
Occupancy Limit: The property is strictly limited to the number of guests specified in your reservation, as listed in the house advertisement (ages 2 and above). This maximum occupancy cannot be adjusted. Exceeding this limit is a breach of contract and may result in immediate eviction.
Pets Policy: Only dogs are allowed in approved pet-friendly homes with a paid fee. All pets must be leashed and under control at all times. Emotional support animals are not permitted unless explicitly authorized in writing with a fee.
No Parties or Events: The property is for residential use only. Parties, events, or loud gatherings are not permitted and may result in immediate eviction.
Quiet Hours: To maintain a peaceful environment, please keep noise levels to a minimum between 10 PM and 8 AM. Respect the neighbors’ right to quiet enjoyment.
Trash Disposal: Guests must remove all trash upon departure and dispose of it in the designated facility. The cleaning fee covers routine cleaning only and does not include additional cleanup.
Property Respect and Maintenance: Report any maintenance needs immediately to ensure a prompt resolution. Treat the home as your own; any damages or excessive mess may result in additional charges. Please return all furnishings to their original positions upon checkout.

This location is lovely. The property is private, and there is so much to do. The game room is always a hit. The dock is really nice. The cove is quiet and so peaceful. The house is comfortable. It's a great spot and I highly recommend it.

Beautiful home and view. Home was clean and came with so many extras like dish soap, laundry detergent and dishwasher detergent. The cosmetic hand towels were an excellent touch. Our family enjoyed our day on the dock and our nights playing in the game room. Will definitely return. The neighborhood was quiet and calming for a relaxing break.

this property is really great. The location is close to town, but also lakefront. The dock is so nice, the cove is quiet, the neighborhood is really picturesque. You can't go wrong with this property. Just don't forget to sign up for linens, like I did. It worked out anyway, bc we just went and bought linens and took them home with us. We feel very at home there. Highly recommend this home for your next lake stay.

Very nice property it was perfect for a family of six. The picture of the front of the walk down to the deck is a bit deceiving because it was rather long and steep, Non-issue for kids and the younger adults, but for the parents got a little long by the end of the week but I guess it helped to keep our legs in shape.
