Beautiful family friendly lakefront home, handicapped accessible with GENTLE SLOPING PATH to PRIVATE DOCK and pet friendly with SANDY BEACH and PROTECTED SWIM AREA, HOT TUB, FIRE PIT and paved driveway! Large private dock with two sides that have secure cleats and one covered boat slip. Workspace and more. Everyone is welcome at Sunset Cove.

Featuring 5 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms, the home comfortably accommodates LARGE GROUPS across 10 beds, it is perfect for groups or families. Plenty of space for everyone, both inside and outside. The interior showcases timeless knotty pine finishes, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Wheelchair accessible with stepless entries on all levels. Pet friendly. The main level offers an open great room w/two story ceilings and floor to ceiling windows overlooking the lake to allow for natural light. There is a stunning stone gas fireplace. A spacious dining room area w/farm table overlooking the lake comfortably seats 10. Kitchen boasts beautiful knotty pine cabinets and floors and the area is fully stocked, including a Keurig which accomodates pods and ground coffee.
The master bedroom and an en suite bathroom with a shower is located on the main level. The bathroom is fully handicapped accessible with a roll in shower, shower and toilet bar. There is a second full bathroom on the main level with a shower. There is also a screened porch off the master bedroom and great room that has plenty of seating, a small farm table and a hammock. There is a work space with a large desk and a bonus full bed on the main level.
Upstairs has a 3 bedrooms with private LAKESIDE DECKS. Two bedrooms have queen beds, one has a queen bed and a full bed and a bathroom. There's a fifth bedroom on the second level with two full beds and twin bunk beds along with another bathroom that has a tub/shower combo. The second level is accessible without stairs via a walkway by the upstairs entrance.
There is a large HOT TUB over looking the lake.
Amazing huge DOCK* w/party deck, floating dock with secure cleats for boat tie-up, electricity and lights. There is a canoe and stand up paddle board/kayak, a variety of life jacket sizes, and pool noodles for you to use. We have some chairs and several loungers available for guests, Perfect location for kayaking, swimming, boating, fishing or just sipping on your favorite beverage and enjoying the view.
Garage, boat lift and two locked rooms not available for guest use.
Washer/Dryer, Gas Grill, high speed wireless internet, fire pit overlooking the lake and the rest of the house is available for you to use

The property is equipped with outdoor video/audio surveillance
We provide each guest with linens for their stay. The beds will be made and there are extra linens and pillows available. You will have two bath towels, a hand towel, a wash cloth and a make up cloth. There are extra towels available to use at the lake and towels designated for dog towels. We ask that you not use the white linens, towels or blankets at the lake or beach area or for pets. You will also be provided with a starter kitchen pack which includes a sponge, dish soap, dishwasher soap, two rolls of paper towels and kitchen towels. We will start you off with laundry detergent and extra rolls of toilet paper. There is shower soap but we do not provide shampoo and conditioner.

The house was fantastic!! Great location and plenty of room for our family. The Owner was phenomenal and communication was flawless. We will be booking this house again when we come back!

The house was beautiful! There were 10 of us and everyone slept comfortably. The living areas were very spacious and we especially enjoyed the screened in porch as we sat in rocking chairs and listened to the rain each afternoon. We spent a fair amount of time cooking and found the kitchen to be well stocked. The walking path down to the water was perfect as we had several members in our group that struggle with stairs. The swing on the boat dock was also a big hit. The fire pit was was a perfect way to end the day, watching the sun set over the water and eating s'mores. We brought with us a jet ski and spent a lot of time just floating and swimming down at the dock. We also rented a pontoon boat while we were at the lake. We were there on a family vacation to celebrate our parents' 60th Wedding Anniversary. We have so many special memories from our trip that we will cherish for a lifetime.

Short summer getaway with some close family and friends. House was perfect with plenty of room for everyone. Lake was beautiful and easily accessible for everyone. Host was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. Would definitely recommend and use for future stays!

We had a fabulous time and stunning is an understatement for this home. The weather was hot allowing us to spend many hours in the water and enjoying the spacious dock. The cove is in a great location with less boat traffic. The firepit and dock offer a fantastic view of the sunset. The home was very comfortable with a warm, cozy atmosphere. Plenty of room for our family and provided plenty of amenities.
