About this house rental
Delightful independent house completely renovated and air-conditioned; a room, 4/6 beds, 10 minutes walk from the sea. In Cala Ginepro, surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation, surrounded by myrtles and junipers, the house is composed of a kitchen and living room with a double sofa bed and a loft with two beds, a double bedroom, bathroom, parking and a comfortable furnished terrace. Independent entrance. Wide supply of household appliances such as washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, paddle fans, air conditioning, etc.

A very nice house located on a mountain, in a very quiet and peaceful area. Perfect for two couples because of two floors with seperat bathrooms/livingrooms/kitchens an of course bed rooms. There are two areas outside, one with pool and one with covered table, so you can sit outside even when it‘s rainy. The pool was very clean and Nicola controlls it once a week.
The property was renovated with much love.
The owner is very friendly, hopitable and helpful. We got some selfmade „Mirto“ and „biscotti“ from the owner Nicola. And our two dogs were very welcome!
To reach the nearby beaches it’s better to have a car (5-10 min. drive). By foot it could last over one hour because of many private gateways and the hilly areas.
The only small critic: The kitchens were arranged differently. So we always had to bring some cutlery or plates downstairs to eat on the poolside (dishwasher is at the first floor). But that is complaining at a very high level.
In summary it was a very nice week in a very nice area and house!
We‘d love to come back.

We had a wonderful time at this well kept and lovely property. Great location too! Sonia and Nicola took care of every detail and could not have been more gracious. Was a wonderful way to experience this beautiful region of Sardinia!

Thus is a lovely place to stay in a quiet location. The propieters were there on arrival and very helpful with any queries. There are local shops + restaurants and many beautiful beaches nearby. We had a very special holiday here. We highly recommend staying here.
