A Few Things to Know Before You Book

We want every guest to have a peaceful, relaxing stay. These guidelines help protect that experience:

• Guests must be 23+ to book
• Photo ID and signed rental agreement required within 48 hours
• $400 security hold required 2 days before arrival (not a charge; released within 5 days after departure if no issues)
• Maximum 8 guests (excluding infants under 2)
• No parties, events, or third-party bookings
• Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM
• No smoking or vaping indoors or near windows ($750 fee)
• No glitter, dye, or confetti ($1,000 fee)
• Dogs allowed with prior approval ($75 per pet) — please message first
• No parking on grass or street

To protect the property:
• Tampering with cameras = immediate eviction
• Violations may result in removal without refund and additional charges if applicable

Water, Kayaks & Sauna Use

Lake access, kayaks, and the infrared sauna are part of what makes this stay special.

Guests are responsible for safe use of all amenities. Life jackets are required near the water and when using kayaks.

The dock is permitted by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and may be enjoyed as part of the outdoor space, though it is not advertised as a guaranteed amenity.

Use of water and sauna amenities is at guests’ own risk.
