Welcome to The Grand Lake Estate, a spacious waterfront retreat on Old Hickory Lake designed for families, groups, and relaxing Nashville getaways. With lake views, multiple gathering spaces, a huge back deck, hot tub, game room, dock access, and room to sleep up to 14 guests, this home gives you the perfect mix of comfort, fun, and peaceful views. The owners has done major owner renovations inside and outside, including completely new deck, large new hot tub and remodeled downstairs bath.
Inside, guests can spread out with 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, a sunroom, open living and dining areas, and a downstairs game room with pool table and ping pong. The main level includes the primary bedroom and bunk room, while the lower level offers additional bedrooms and a convenient separate entrance from the lower driveway.
The outdoor space is what truly makes this home special. Enjoy coffee or cocktails on the back deck while overlooking Old Hickory Lake, unwind in the hot tub on the lower deck, relax on the lookout porch, or spend the day by the water. Guests will love the lake views, outdoor seating, grill, fire pit, yard space, and access to kayaks/canoe for a true lake getaway feel.

Loved the view of the lake all day! Nice large deck area we loved as well. Only item that’s missing is a light over the large table in dining room. Had a great time. Place was nicely located to Nashville as well.

Great property for a group. Nice neighborhood and plenty of parking. Large outdoor deck and game rooms were a lot of fun.

We immensely enjoyed our stay. The host was great with communication and was flexible in allowing us to arrive a day earlier than requested. The place itself has incredible views on both floors. House is clean. The beds and couches were super comfy. Definitely will come back again!
