About this apartment rental
You don’t have to cross any streets to get to Siesta Key Beach from this beautiful two-bedroom, two-bath condo! This newly remodeled, newly furnished, decorated condo sleeps 7 people. There is a king bed in the master suite and a queen and bunk bed with a pull-out trundle bed in the second bedroom. The master bedroom has a private bathroom. The second bathroom has private access from the second bedroom and access from the hallway.
Our kitchen has a fridge, microwave, dishwasher, blender, and a Keurig coffee maker. In addition, it is fully equipped with all the utensils you need for preparing and enjoying simple to complex meals. The breakfast bar seats 2 and a dining room table seats 6. The living room consists of all leather furniture and a matching recliner; and comfortably seats 6. You and your guest can also enjoy the ocean breezes while relaxing on your private lanai.
Condo 508 is located in the 49-unit Sea Shell Condominium complex. Across the street from Sea Shell are bars, restaurants, shops, a grocery store, a drug store, etc., so no need to drive anywhere to eat, drink or shop. If you want to visit downtown Siesta Village, there is a free trolley system that runs 7 days a week from morning until 11:00 pm.
Our newly constructed private Tiki Hut on the beach has two gas grills, an island with stools, and picnic tables to accommodate your needs. Whether you are cooking, drinking, or just having a conversation with friends, it is a fantastic place to hang out and watch the sunsets. We also have two charcoal grills in a newly designed cooking and eating area at the northwest corner of the property.
When it's time to relax, watch TV in the living room on a 70-inch flat screen or on the 55-inch flat screens in the bedrooms.
The channel lineup that we offer is the best on the beach, with several premium channels included in our standard bundle at no additional cost. Wi-Fi is free throughout the complex and installed on the TVs so you can watch your favorite streaming programs.
The Sea Shell Condominium beachfront vacation rental complex features a large, heated pool and we provide beach towels for our guests as well as both upright and lounge chairs for the beach. Condo was really nice, my only issue was there isn’t a washer and dryer in the unit, and I didn’t see that listed.. I don’t want to give a bad review because it was really nice other than have to go down the hall to do laundry.

location great, it was very quiet. the unit was not really clean, it smelled of strong bleach when we arrived but all the dishes and drawers were dirty and crumbs and stuff in the kitchen drawers and cabinets. there was a liquid substance that was running down the wall in the kitchen. the garbage can stunk and was sticky and had trash bag in the bottom along with food and rubbish. the headboard fell of the wall on my teenager in the middle of the night- a little disappointed in the cleanliness of the unit
