Check in was great. Room was very clean. Beds were wonderful. Parking is tight for larger SUV's and trucks. Pool and landscaping is all very nice. Property cafe and pool bar are great. Communication with owner was outstanding.

For the cost of the condo there wasn’t even a dish drainer indicating there was only a dishwasher but not enough dishes for our stay. The condo was not conducive for four adults as the queen bedroom was cramped as was the king bed. Maintenance was totally inadequate as the sink wouldn’t drain. There were dead lightbulbs without replacements. It was not a direct Gulf beach view as we were led to believe. When we complained about the sink not draining they sent a family member vs a plumber and assured us they would do a better job to fix the problem after we left.
